How often do we need to meet?
I encourage clients to meet with me weekly for 6 consecutive weeks to replace old habits with good ones and to help build their momentum. You may opt out to renew your commitment when results are achieved.

Coaching can be done in person, in a public place, by telephone, email or FaceTime whichever is convenient for you.
